This notice describes information handling for the Nabura Labs consulting website. It is not a replacement for any Nabura Labs app's privacy policy.

Who to contact

Nabura Labs LLC is the business responsible for consulting inquiries. Contact Nabura Labs at essam@naburalabs.com with privacy questions or requests.

What the inquiry asks for

The brief asks for your name, email, company, engagement interest, approximate timing, and a description of the problem. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information, confidential source code, or other secrets.

Submitting an inquiry

The inquiry form sends the information you enter to Formspree, our form processing provider. Formspree processes and stores submissions and can notify Nabura Labs at its configured business email address. A confirmation means the service accepted the submission; it does not independently confirm delivery to our inbox.

Service providers and abuse prevention

GitHub Pages hosts the website. The form loads the Formspree browser library from a content delivery service. Formspree and any configured CAPTCHA provider may process technical information to operate the form and detect abuse. Their processing is subject to their own terms and privacy notices. You may instead contact Nabura Labs using your email provider. We do not enroll inquiry senders in marketing lists.

How inquiries are used

Information is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a possible engagement, maintain relevant correspondence, and protect the service from abuse. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Inquiry details are not published as testimonials or case studies without appropriate permission.

Storage, analytics, and hosting

The website does not save your inquiry in browser storage or include advertising analytics. Formspree stores submissions according to the account settings and its service policies. Email providers process inquiry notifications and correspondence. The website host, content delivery service, and form or CAPTCHA providers may keep operational and security logs. Details that remain in the form after an error are lost if you close or reload the page.

Retention and requests

Relevant correspondence may be retained for responding to the inquiry, administering an engagement, or meeting applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information. Requests are considered in light of any applicable legal and contractual obligations.

Changes and other products

This notice applies only to this consulting website and the described inquiry process. Changes to providers, analytics, or collection practices require an updated notice. For Nabura Labs apps, refer to the privacy and support information supplied with the relevant app.
