Legacy code needs to move forward. Your product roadmap can't stop while it happens.
Move from legacy frontend code toward React and Next.js in manageable slices.
Flaky tests. Slow feedback. Manual work that stands between a good change and production.
Practical improvements to testing, CI/CD, and the way your team ships.

Turn a clear priority into a tangible, agreed improvement.
Up to 40 delivery hours across roughly four weeks. 50% to reserve, 50% at the agreed milestone. Scope, access, and success criteria are agreed in writing. A diagnostic is not required when the implementation need is already clear.

A diagnostic should give your team the evidence and priorities needed to make informed decisions.
Explore an illustrative React review with clear evidence, practical recommendations, and a defined next step.

Software companies with an existing product and engineering team, particularly those using React, Next.js, TypeScript, or GraphQL. Engagements are most effective when there is a defined architecture, modernization, or delivery challenge, with an accountable owner and budget.
No. When the problem and acceptance criteria are already clear, we can scope an improvement sprint directly. A diagnostic is useful when your team needs evidence and a plan before deciding what to build.
Both, depending on the engagement. The diagnostic produces findings and a roadmap, not production changes. Improvement sprints include the agreed implementation. Fractional support can include code within the monthly allowance.
Access and ownership are agreed in writing before work begins. Access is limited to what the engagement requires, and tools are approved by the client. Confidential code or data is not entered into AI tools without authorization. A confidentiality agreement can be discussed before sensitive materials are shared.
The founder is your primary consultant and delivers the agreed work. Any additional specialist involvement would be discussed and approved before anyone else joins the engagement.

Changes are reviewed before additional work begins. We agree on revised deliverables, pricing, and timing in writing so that the impact is clear to everyone.
Share a few details about your product, the challenge, and your goals. We will begin with a focused conversation to determine whether an engagement is appropriate.
